Meet Our Leadership Team
Talia Derman
Originally from Minneapolis, Talia is a former Camp Ramah in Wisconsin camper (Nivo 2000), Program Coordinator, and a current Ramah Day Camp parent. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Harrington College of Design with degrees in Psychology and Interior Design, respectively. During her five summers on staff at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin and for the last thirteen years in the workforce, Talia has worked to deliver beloved products to customers in the most supportive and efficient ways possible, a skillset that has prepared her and on which she will build as Ramah Day Camp Director. Talia, her husband Ari (Nivo 2000), and their three children live in Deerfield, Illinois.
Dina Greenberg

Dina is a former Camp Ramah in Wisconsin camper (Nivo 2013) and staff member. In 2021, she worked as the Ramah Day Camp Site Director of Camper Care. Dina is a graduate of Indiana University with degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education and has worked most recently as a special education teacher in the Chicagoland suburbs. Dina is excited to continue to bring her love of Ramah and passion for education and child development to the Assistant Director role. This summer Dina can be found on the kikar, dancing, playing with campers and enjoying Friday pizza and ice cream!

Ilisa Brown

Ilisa is looking forward to her 16th summer working in the Ramah Day Camp office! During the year she serves as the bookkeeper for Ramah Wisconsin and Ramah Day Camp. Ilisa attended Camp Ramah in Wisconsin both as a camper (Nivo 1981) and on staff. She currently lives in Deerfield with her husband Mike and has three fabulous (grown) children, Ari, Mason and Shira. All three of her children attended Ramah Day Camp and Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. Ilisa’s favorite camp activity is shira (singing) and during the summer, she can be found in her favorite place in camp: her desk in the office which overlooks the beautiful camp pools!
